This aims to make it bigger both in terms of tangibility and in terms of brand-building. 10 years from now, can we get media to report on The Cabin Awards as a big deal? Can we get municipalities to boast about having a recipient in their area or fund programs for a chance to get one in the future? It’s a value proposition for Cabin too: any chef can teach cooking but there’s only one Le Cordon Bleu.
