Love that you’re taking the initiative and not only sharing a thought-out deck on potential business models for Cabin but also testing one of those models with your own money at stake. Also love how - at the end - you specifically listed the edits made and the feedback they were based on.

Few suggestions for clarity:

  1. In the tl;dr maybe end with “with the goal that this is profitable and returns between $12,000 - $40,450 to the treasury via a 50-50 profit split from the 2-month experiment.”

  2. Looking on the calendar, the revenue doesn’t even add up to $30k. In the table, it’s clear where the other revenue comes in, especially sponsorships. Can you make it clear earlier in the doc of the sponsorship amounts you are expecting and what gives you confidence that you can get them (on your own, without using Cabin channels, let’s have that as a bonus)?

  3. Being the only official housing partner of mtndao is a strong argument — love it. To make it even stronger, can you add quick comps/lay of the land for other residential options in the area? As in, beyond the amazing layout and amenities of the house, how does it stak up to other lodging in terms of price, proximity, transportation, WiFi, etc.

All in all, I’m stoked to see this play out.
